A Serbian school in Kosovo was painted with symbols of Albanian militants
Robberies, arson, and aggressive provocations against the Serb minority in Kosovo began to occur every day, which can partly be associated with the return to power of the thug Ramush Haradinaj.

The abbreviations of the separatist Kosovo Liberation Army (UCK – Ushtria Сlirimtare e Kosoves), as well as graffiti in the form of Albanian national emblems, have again appeared on the walls of a primary school in the Serbian village of Goibulja in Kosovo. Moreover, such “folk art” was painted over the other day, but then restored by unknown people.

“This is an indicator of how things are going with the police, and what their system and goal are,” commented the chairman of the Vucitrn municipality, which includes the village of Goibulja, Aca Misic. “When we inform the police, they answer that they will comb the surrounding area, but then nothing happens, and this situation has been observed for the last two decades. The police can do their job, but when their superiors tell them no, the police's hands are tied."
According to Misic, the police, whose nearest station is three kilometers from the Serbian village, are doing nothing. At the same time, according to eyewitnesses, the provocations are carried out not by villagers or residents of the surrounding area, but by a group of young people who specially come from afar for this purpose.
“They do this because in their circles it is considered a courageous and elevating act,” the head of the municipality added.
However, it is difficult to expect anything different from a territory ruled by former bandits, terrorists and unconvicted war criminals.
So the “president” of Kosovo is the ex-UCK field commander Hashim Thaci, and for many years the head of his “government”, and now the leader of the party that, apparently, will be included in the ruling coalition, is another militant leader Ramush Haradinaj. Despite numerous accusations and evidence of mass murder, rape and torture of the non-Albanian population of the region, he was acquitted twice by the International Tribunal in The Hague.

Recently, DPR volunteer of Serbian-American origin Zak Novak, who fought in Bosnia in the unit of the Chetnik governor Slavko Aleksic in the vicinity of Sarajevo, and now lives in Donetsk, recalled the half-forgotten atrocity of Haradinaj. So, on April 29, 1999, he, together with militants in the vicinity of Prezren, kidnapped a fifteen-year-old Serbian girl, Jasna Tasic, who was returning home and brought her to her accomplice Nazif Elsani, who turned his basement into an improvised prison. There, the child was mocked and tortured for several days until the girl died, and then her mutilated body was thrown out on the road.

Thus, we can come to the conclusion that it is quite difficult for residents of the region, which is ruled by bandits who escaped punishment and are covered by their overseas patrons, to seek justice.
