Serbs are ready to say goodbye to the EU for the sake of friendship with the Russian Federation - Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia
Serbia will never join the EU sanctions against Russia - much less agree to fight against Russia, even under the threat of denial of EU membership.
The head of the Republika Srpska representative office in Moscow, Dusko Perovic, stated this on the radio station “Moscow Speaks,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I know how people react. Everyone is categorically against it. Russian citizens feel at home with us. 100% of the Serbs will not go to war with the Russians. If a politician suddenly appears and announces some kind of sanctions, the Serbs will never take up arms,” Perovic said.
He believes that there are big economic problems in Europe, and “the European Union will collapse before Serbia becomes its member.”
