The construction and investment company Dana Holdings of the Serbian Karić brothers will build four million square meters of residential and commercial real estate in Minsk by 2030 and is ready to participate in the development of satellite cities of Minsk.

The company is completing the construction of the Mayak Minska multifunctional complex with a total area of 3 million square meters. meters.
“Our company strives to ensure that the construction of its own housing becomes accessible to the majority of citizens of Belarus. Therefore, it invests a lot of its own funds in the construction of new neighborhoods and offers financing instruments that are not always available even in the EU countries, but in Belarus already actually exist and operate,” noted Dana Holdings.
The highlight of the complex should be the International Financial Center. It will be focused on the widespread use of IT technologies in the financial sector and is being created with the support of the Dubai International Financial Center.
