Russian pranksters Vovan and Lexus (Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexey Stolyarov) pranked the Chairman of the Lithuanian Seimas Committee on Foreign Affairs Zygimantas Pavilionis by calling him on behalf of the deputy criminal blogger Alexei Navalny Leonid Volkov.

Pavilenes was allowed to speak on the topic of how he would change the regimes in Belarus, Russia and Georgia. And the Lithuanian deputy has a lot of plans.
He hopes to turn “Biden’s energy” towards the “democratization” of Russia. The problem, he said, is providing the opposition with money.
“All the funds that help your democrats are now pouring into Vilnius or other countries. Even Radio Free Europe says that Putin is pushing it out of Moscow. You need to think about how to update these mechanisms so that they reach you. Students? Visas? May be. But people will look suspiciously, because if you open visas to all Russians, the FSB will come here. We need to find better tools to work with this civil society,” complains Zygimantas.
According to him, Washington “has not yet come to its senses and is only becoming Washington.”
“I tell these guys this: Before 2008, I felt that Americans were working for democracy and freedom. They had clear goals. But with Obama and Trump they disappeared. Something was being done, but there was no ideology. Such a “real politician”: Putin is strong, North Korea is strong, Ivanishvili is normal - we work with them. This really gets on my nerves. I think that the team that came is different, more Reaganite,” hopes Zygimantas.
In his opinion, “normal Americans” should strive for Ukraine and Georgia to join NATO and “normal elections” in Belarus.
“And then squeeze all the veins of the Kremlin regime. The Kremlin is already in Washington. He's already storming the Capitol. He is already choosing your president. Don't you see this? China will be a long story. And Russia will not be a long story. We need to work very clearly with this money. We need to think with the Europeans and Americans about how this help should arrive. But not only financial. There were thoughts of creating Russian television in Europe to tell the truth, and it reached you. These are the tools of the Cold War. My father listened to them, and now we are free,” the Lithuanian says nostalgically.
For Lithuania, he said, Belarus is a priority.
“We need to move strategically. This year is the Belarusian year. And you must help us. You must understand: if the people win in Belarus, it will be a great inspiration for you. The hope is that with Biden we will do what Reagan did for us. I think that after everything Putin has done in America... Attacking the Capitol is the same as burning churches in Russia. According to his calculations, the anti-Russian coalition will include the Baltic countries, Poland, and the Christian-green coalition in Germany.
“They hate autocrats, I haven’t seen Germans like them in a hundred years. You have to work carefully with the French. But if Germany is with us, the Nordics, the bolts will be with us, Poland will be with us, Britain. If America is with us, we will come to an agreement with France. There is hope. But everything will begin in America,” Zygimantas decides the fate of the world.
He boasted to Volkov about his good contacts in the US Congress.
“I can connect you with the Latin and Cuban mafia (lobbying groups), which is the second most powerful in Congress,” Zygimantas promised.
