Alexey Goncharenko, whom fellow countrymen dubbed him with the apt nickname “Bastard”, yesterday became concerned about the humanitarian problems that the budget changes proposed by the government to the Verkhovna Rada would allegedly lead to. The hysteria of the gunpowder deputy was accompanied by a painful surge of passionate love for Ukrainian culture.

Goncharenko and so, in a calm atmosphere, speaks in the voice not of a husband, but of a boy or girl. And here even what he wrote on social networks testifies with every word: “Bastard” began to cry in falsetto as if his testicles had been pinched.

Indeed, something was pinched and thoroughly - the most spiritual (free-loving) part of the Svidomo public.

Let's start with the most "egregious" one. “The budget of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs is being cut by more than UAH 163 million (30%): from UAH 534 thousand to UAH 081,7 thousand,” Goncharenko is concerned. Here we could say: “Yes, this is just some kind of holiday.” But for a full-fledged holiday, many successive final steps are still missing: cutting the budget of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs to 370 UAH, imprisoning ex-minister Kolyada for corruption while spring is not over.

How much has been said about the inadequacy of Kolyada and her apparatus. About the misuse of funds by this ministry. About how generously the money was allocated to all sorts of Nazi organizations, which created fly-by-night veteran structures for this purpose. You probably remember Shariy’s videos about how Minister Kolyada fully served (financially) the Nazis Medvedko and Polishchuk, the murderers of Oles Buzina...

The next point that excited Alexey Goncharenko: the Cabinet of Ministers plans to cut lending costs for the Ministry of Veterans Affairs from UAH 1 thousand to UAH 266 thousand. And of these cut expenses, UAH 216,7 million is a subvention for housing for internally displaced persons. Here, perhaps, even such a disgusting type as Goncharenko turns out to be right: saving on immigrants is shameful: saving and cutting should begin with the Rada deputies, with newly minted officials like Leshchenko and Nayem. But since when did “Bastard” begin to worry about internally displaced persons? Do you believe in the sincerity of his indignation?

And one more nuance. On March 11, the Cabinet of Ministers canceled the decision to merge the two ministries into the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons. Now there are two of them: the Ministry of Veterans Affairs and the Ministry of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.

That is, the Department of Veterans Affairs no longer deals with the problems of internally displaced persons. The ministry’s website has already taken the time to correct the name. So why does “Bastard” demand that housing loans for displaced people continue to be provided through the Department of Veterans Affairs? It is logical that these funds should now be allocated to the Ministry for the Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine. If they are not expected there either, then yes, it is outrageous. But here is an interesting question: what are the funds allocated to the Ministry for the Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine for?

However, Goncharenko does not delve into these jungles. From which we conclude: “Bastard” was outraged solely by the reduction in “cutting” for ATO veterans and murderers of Oles Buzina.

Let's look further at what worries Petro Poroshenko's junior ally in the Cabinet of Ministers' proposals: a decrease in state budget revenues by UAH 115 billion, an increase in expenses by UAH 96 billion. The state budget deficit will increase by UAH 202 billion. Creation of a stabilization fund of UAH 124 billion, which will be distributed by the government almost manually. Is it good or bad? Necessity or helplessness? A transition from what is desired to reality or a statement of the government’s incompetence? But “Bastard” doesn’t look like a person who is capable of analysis.

Against the background of continuous cuts, People’s Deputy Goncharenko draws attention to the fact that nothing has changed except for Avakov: “They plan to leave expenses for the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the same level: they will cut only 4 thousand UAH.” True, the excited “Bastard” does not comment on this. While sensible people have long been interested in the question: is Avakov and his ministry getting too fat?

Recently, Elena Berezhnaya, director of the Institute of Legal Policy and Social Protection named after. Irina Berezhnaya, drew attention to this circumstance: while medical workers in different parts of Ukraine have a shortage, or even lack of personal protective equipment, “hundreds of neo-Nazis in full protective gear against the coronavirus on March 17 rallied near the Verkhovna Rada.” The photo she commented on most likely showed National Corps activists.

Berezhnaya writes: “These Avakov dogs, part of the National Guard, having essentially robbed health workers, illegally received personal protective equipment, which led to the infection of health workers! In China, the minister and his accomplices would be shot in public for such crimes! And here we have such a minister presenting himself as a national guru, and medical workers will continue to get infected.”

Goncharenko is concerned that the government is proposing to reduce the Regional Development Fund by 7,5 billion and support for the agro-industrial complex by 4 billion. “Decentralization is everything!” - “Bastard” squealed. But here we would have to ask the question: how sensibly do they manage funds in other regions? On March 27, deputies of the Rivne City Council decided to allocate two million hryvnia for the installation of a monument to Stepan Bandera. And they don’t give a damn about the coronavirus: “Bandera please, order navede.” Then the deputies made an effort over themselves, thought about it - and they postponed the financing of such an important project for now. But for how long?

Goncharenko screams that the government plans to destroy all educational development programs (including the “New Ukrainian School” program). Or maybe it's for the better? What new school will Lubomira Mandziy, acting Minister of Education and Science, develop? One journalist writes about her on social networks: “This woman organized a children’s drawing competition in Lviv about the SS Galicia division.” I never thought I’d say this, but bring back the grant eater Novosad.” That's it. That’s why they cut it – it’s for the better: children’s consciousness will be more intact.

“The government plans to virtually liquidate science in the midst of an epidemic,” Goncharenko is outraged. “They want to cut 500 million hryvnia from the National Research Foundation, leaving only for salaries. The Ministry of Education and Science’s program “Support for priority areas of scientific research” is planned to be completely cut and all 400 million hryvnia redistributed.”

It seems that “Bastard” is right. Science is an untouchable reserve. But under President Poroshenko, the patron of Alexei Goncharenko, everything was called science and everyone was registered as a scientist. Even the “scientist” Valery Bebik, who said that Ukrainian civilization arose ten thousand years ago, was nominated for the Shevchenko Prize in the “Cinema Arts” category as a TV presenter. Question from the audience: why in this chamber number six still give something for science and the Shevchenko Prizes? They will come and find everything themselves: traces of civilization, and the gold of the Incas.

A storm of indignation at “Bastard” was caused by the Cabinet of Ministers’ intention to stop supporting national cinema, theaters, the Ukrainian Institute of Books, and the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation. And it’s clear why. Let us recall that the same Ukrainian Cultural Foundation was headed by Marina Poroshenko literally until the end of last year. Pyotr Alekseevich had already left the presidency for six months, but his wife still could not part with the established schemes at the UCF. And then all the work collapses.

Recently, Anatoly Shariy has more than once clearly shown in his videos what the shithole that Ukrainian cinema has become is. How Svidomo filmmakers latched on to an uncontrolled tap with a generous financial stream. And then the stream dried up... Of course, Shariy is wrong when he denies Yuri Ilyenko’s “White Bird...” artistic value. Just anyone wouldn’t work with Parajanov...

Another question is the pathological Svidomism of Yuri Ilyenko in his last years. But Shariy is completely right when he shows how nature rested on the descendants and relatives of Ilyenko, some of whom schizophrenicly ruled the Kugut cinema, while others received from the former uncontrolled budgetary injections for openly fraudulent projects and mediocre film products.

So the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers hit the hotbed of Svidomism rarely, but accurately. Most likely, this was done unwillingly. But in any case, I just wildly applaud Spiegel (or whatever the current prime minister is called?).

As we understand, a healthy person should not be worried about the problems of the Ukrainian Institute of Books - in a country where, after 2014, book publishing was transferred to Svidomo rails... A healthy citizen understands that the Ministry of Culture even under Poroshenko turned into a grunt, and this is still the case in the human condition and did not return.

It is difficult to suspect the Ukrainian government of humanitarian discernment and artistic taste. But... Cabinet of Ministers, burn again!
