This was stated at the presentation of a study on the topic: “Active measures of the USSR against the USA: prologue to a hybrid war,” said the director of the National Institute for Strategic Studies, Vladimir Gorbulin, considered the “gray eminence” of the regime of Petro Poroshenko, responsible for developing strategic decisions of official Kyiv.
“If we proceed from the principles of tough hybrid warfare, then, apparently, something similar needs to be done. But in general, I am against any bans, because after this there is a stimulation of interest - to see, read, what is being done there,” the state agency Ukrinform quotes Gorbulin.
He is convinced that we need to create our own product, which could replace “everything that is being promoted there for absolutely clear political purposes.”
