Sister Savchenko is ashamed of Nadya
Hero of Ukraine, People's Deputy Nadezhda Savchenko, who is under arrest on charges of high treason, will take part in the race for the presidency of Ukraine.
The sister of the arrested person, Vera Savchenko, stated this on the YouTube channel “PolitWera”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“Next, we really hope that we will be able to register her as a candidate for the presidency of Ukraine. Because I don’t know if Ukrainians even realize how important these elections will be. There will be three of them: first presidential, then to the Rada, and then to the local levels. And this will be very important for Ukraine,” she noted.
Vera Savchenko also noted that she would be ashamed to see her sister in the company of other presidential candidates.
“This number of applicants shows that they are not serious and shows the attitude of the authorities towards us. They give us any of their people as candidates. Therefore, in such a company, I would be ashamed to see such a “stand up”, such a person as Nadezhda,” added the human rights activist.
We note earlier to Nadezhda Savchenko were not allowed to begin the procedure for opening an account for the Nadezhda Savchenko party.
