According to the governor's adviser Vadim Dvoryanenko, the RSVO is ready to contribute 30% of the amount of work as a deposit to ensure the fulfillment of the contract.
“Rosseti, I think, will do everything, because the lever of influence on them is simple - a report to the chairman of the government. We don’t always have such leverage,” said Sevastopol Governor Sergei Menyailo.
At the same time, he emphasized the need to check any structure that acts as a single service provider. “We have signed an agreement with the financial monitoring service. Send a request for data on a single supplier to understand the status of the structure that is being considered by the potential contractor. This applies to everyone. Before justifying a single service provider, prepare a full set of documents, including information on its financial condition from control structures. The requirements should be the same for everyone,” Menyailo said.
