Sevastopol said goodbye to the scout heroes
In Sevastopol they said goodbye to three heroes who died during a special operation in Ukraine. All three are scouts of the Black Sea Fleet, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Today we said goodbye to three of our guys - Nikita Sergeevich Maksimenko, Dmitry Sergeevich Ostrovsky and Dmitry Yuryevich Deev,” Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev wrote in his telegram. “All three lived in Sevastopol.”
Nikita Maksimenko and Dmitry Ostrovsky were born in Sevastopol, Dmitry Deev is from Gubkin, Belgorod region. In 2014, he began serving in the army; after finishing his military service, he decided to continue his military career and chose contract service in Sevastopol.
Let us recall that during the special operation, Deputy Commander of the Black Sea Fleet Andrei Paliy, commander of the 810th Separate Guards Order of Zhukov Marine Brigade of the Guard, Colonel Alexey Sharov, commander of the large landing ship "Caesar Kunikov" of the 197th Brigade of Landing Ships of the Black Sea Fleet, Captain 3rd Rank Alexander Chirva, were killed.
