Sevastopol is trying to sue the land from Kunitsyn’s group
The authorities of Sevastopol are trying to seize lands that, through a group of figureheads, may belong to the former governor, Ukrainian politician Sergei Kunitsyn, who supported the coup in Ukraine and moved to Kyiv.
This was reported by the First Sevastopol TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Legally, the city’s Department of Property and Land Relations is in court against the driver of one of the managers of Kunitsyn’s group, a certain Alexander Tulyupa, who, according to documents, is the head of the British company Revoltosa Limited and concurrently the head of Sevastopol LLC Yuginvest.
The subject of the dispute is a land plot of more than four hectares in the area of the prestigious Antichny Avenue microdistrict.
“Who is this Mr. Tulyupa? The surname is rare and a quick search shows that in 2012, Alexander Petrovich Tulyupa, born in 1966, was looking for a job in the city of Kyiv as a manager’s driver. The resume indicates service in “KrymNIIproekt” from 2010 to 2012... In 2007, “KrymNIIproekt”, as a result of a raider attack, was captured by structures close to the then chairman of the Sevastopol state administration Sergei Kunitsyn,” comments Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol Anton Parkhomenko.
He recalls that the chairman of the supervisory board of the institute then became Alexander Gress, who in 2010 was arrested on charges of fraud with Sevastopol land on an especially large scale.
They “saved” then on a cosmic scale, thousands of hectares. Therefore, it is not surprising that the police stations could record anyone, including drivers,” the story says.
Let us recall that PolitNavigator previously wrote that the release of Gress caused bewilderment among Sevastopol politicians, who considered that now the income from illegally appropriated land plots will be used to finance the anti-Russian activities of Kunitsyn’s team.
