The law on this was adopted in the first reading today by the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol, its official website reports.
As explained by the director of the Department of Finance of Sevastopol, Vladimir Shtop, after the reunification of Crimea and Sevastopol with Russia in 2014, the National Bank of Ukraine blocked the accounts of the State Executive Service of the country, after which the return of funds to collectors became impossible. It is planned that the money will be transferred by the end of 2017.
“The calculation of the need to finance expenses will be made on the basis of data provided by the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation,” said Shtop.
According to him, the bill was developed in pursuance of the List of instructions of the Government of the Russian Federation related to the socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
