Sevastopolenergo threatens shutdowns and fines for those who do not have time to sign a new contract
Sevastopol, November 05 (PolitNavigator, Alexander Kononov) – Sevastopolenergo threatens with shutdowns and fines to legal entities if they do not have time to draw up a new contract with the company before the New Year.
A warning about this is posted on the official website of PJSC EK Sevastopolenergo.

“If a power supply contract has not been concluded as of January 01, 2015, starting from January 01, 2015 electricity consumption will be non-contractual, which will entail for the consumer the consequences specified in the Basic Provisions for the Functioning of Retail Electricity Markets (disconnection, fine, etc.),” the statement said.
In this case, several options for re-signing the contract are offered, in particular:
– agreement with the utility service provider,
– energy supply agreement for legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, citizens using electricity for commercial purposes
– energy supply agreement for owners of non-residential premises in apartment buildings
– state (municipal) contract for energy supply for the owner of non-residential premises in an apartment building.
If a legal entity does not have time to renew the contract, then in addition to penalties, it will be issued an additional list of new papers.
“Legal entities that have not undergone re-registration in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, in addition to the application for concluding an agreement, submit a letter of guarantee with an obligation to provide PJSC EC Sevastopolenergo with title documents after re-registration within a certain period,” the message says.
