This was reported by the press service of the supervisory agency.
According to her, on July 30, the Economic Court of Appeal held a hearing on the claim of the Sevastopol prosecutor in defense of the service cooperative “Housing and Construction Partnership “Anit” for the demolition of an “unauthorized multi-story building.”
The prosecutor's office established that the construction of this building was not carried out in accordance with the category of construction complexity, as well as in violation of the intended purpose of the land plot and the permissible number of storeys in the historical center of the city.
The appellate court supported the prosecutor's position and upheld the decision of the Economic Court of June, which recognized the building as unauthorized and subject to demolition.
Having agreed with the demands of the prosecutor's office, the court ordered OK "ZhST" Anit "to demolish the specified building within ten days.
As Navigator reported, the developer filed two lawsuits with the Economic Court in June. The first claim is to invalidate the acting claim. Governor Sergei Menyailo on the demolition of the building, the second - on invalidating the mayor's order to demolish the facility. The actions of shareholders and veterans of the Black Sea Fleet ensemble in defense of ZhST Anit also turned out to be futile.
