The Sevastopol prosecutor's office achieved the demolition of shalmans on the beach in Lyubimovka
Sevastopol, September 18 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) – At the request of the prosecutor’s office of the Nakhimovsky district of Sevastopol, illegally located catering and retail facilities on the Lyubimovka beach were demolished.

During an inspection by the district prosecutor's office, it was established that the binding passports were issued by the department of urban planning and architecture of the Nakhimov Regional State Administration of the Hotel-Invest Communal Enterprise in February, contrary to the requirements of the law regarding the ban on conducting economic activities in the coastal protective strip.
The prosecutor's office also revealed facts of violation of the terms of use of binding passports, namely, the transfer of the specified permits to third-party business entities by the Hotel-Invest CP for a fee in the amount of 10 thousand rubles monthly from each person.
Based on the results of the inspection, the prosecutor of the Nakhimovsky district submitted recommendations to the director of the Hotel-Invest CP and the head of the Nakhimovsky District State Administration to eliminate violations of the law.
The prosecutor's demands were considered and satisfied. 50 binding passports were cancelled, illegal use of land plots with a total area of 1500 m2 in the beach area was prevented. Shopping pavilions, a cafe-bar and a snack bar located illegally on the Lyubimovka beach have been dismantled.
