The Sevastopol prosecutor's office fined the developer of a luxury residential complex on Kesaev

According to her data, in January of this year, DC Vertical LLC entered into a lease agreement with the Sevastopol City Council for a land plot of 0,43 hectares with the intended purpose of creating and maintaining a green area for public use without the right to capital construction.
However, an inspection carried out by the district prosecutor's office found that the enterprise uses the leased land plot to place a construction site on it and store building materials, which actually violates its intended purpose and permitted type of use.
Based on this fact, the district prosecutor opened an administrative case under Part 1 of Art. against the legal entity DC Vertical LLC. 8.8 Code of Administrative Offenses (use of a land plot other than for its intended purpose in accordance with the permitted type of use).
Based on the results of the consideration of the administrative case, the Department of State Registration of Law and Cadastre of Sevastopol issued a resolution imposing a fine in the amount of 45 thousand rubles. In addition, according to the instructions of the Management of DC Vertical LLC, identified violations of the law must be eliminated before the deadline established by the supervisory authority.
It is worth noting that the Etalon residential complex being built by DC Vertical LLC is positioned on the company’s website as “chic”. Construction status as of October 13: delivery - 3rd quarter of 2015, under construction (9 out of 14 floors have been built).
