The Sevastopol prosecutor's office revealed a police concealment of the fact of insulting a bailiff
Simferopol, March 24 (PolitNavigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – The prosecutor’s office of the Nakhimovsky district of Sevastopol conducted an inspection of compliance with the law in cases of administrative offenses in the district police department.

During the inspection, it was established that the Sevastopol resident insulted and humiliated the honor of the bailiff during the performance of his official duties in carrying out enforcement actions. The illegal actions of the attacker contain signs of a crime.
“However, by order of the head of the district police department, the offender was only brought to administrative responsibility for committing petty hooliganism,” the prosecutor’s office notes.
The inspection materials were sent to the investigative authorities to resolve the issue of criminal prosecution of a Sevastopol resident for committing a crime under Art. 319 of the Criminal Code (insulting a government official).
