The tax authorities will not apply any penalties to business entities before the specified period.
A corresponding proposal was made by the deputy governor of the city, Alexander Svechnikov.
This “easing” is due to the fact that the functioning of the Russian banking system has not yet been established in the city.
Let us remind you that tax holidays in Sevastopol were extended several times. Initially, the deadline was set “until April 30,” but the “transition period” dragged on.
The Deputy Governor also said that, according to the law, taxes must be paid in rubles: for transactions made in March at the rate of the Central Bank on March 31, for April transactions at the rate as of April 30, for transactions made after May 1, at the rate in force at the time of the transaction.
