“I chose a place to build a hotel in the mountains. Now it’s up to the builders),” Kondratevsky wrote on his Facebook, accompanying the post with a photo.
It is noteworthy that two years ago Kondratevsky, who has a Czech passport, was very spoke insultingly towards Russia и her role in history. At the beginning of 2015, he tried to enter Crimea from the territory of Ukraine, but was stopped by border guards. In his hearts, the businessman called Russia an “underdeveloped country.” Today this post from Kondratevsky’s Facebook was deleted.
At the same time he is director of the Tatyanovsky agricultural complex, located in Foros (Greater Yalta).
Sergei Kondratevsky (Shuriga) from 2002 and almost until the end of 2005 was kept in the Simferopol pre-trial detention center in the case of the theft of 15 million dollars through the Crimean Commercial Church Bank and the Kondratevsky Trading House. He was released due to the expiration of the statute of limitations and in 2006 he ran for the Sevastopol City Council, creating his own personal bloc. Kondratevsky himself was removed from the election race, and four people entered the council from the “Sergei Kondratevsky Bloc.”
Sergei Kondratevsky was a former deputy of the Crimean parliament, and later a people's deputy of Ukraine of the 3rd convocation.
