Based on the materials of the prosecutor's audit, the Leninsky District Court of Sevastopol held the heads of city pharmacies administratively liable for violating the pricing procedure.

This was reported by the press service of the Sevastopol prosecutor's office.

During an inspection carried out by the prosecutor's office of the Leninsky district of the city, facts of the sale of medicines using a retail markup above the maximum permissible were revealed.

Based on the results of the inspection, the district prosecutor's office initiated cases of administrative offense under Art. 14.6 Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of pricing procedures).

Having considered the case materials, the court found the managers of the pharmacies Pharmacia LLC, Angel LLC and the individual entrepreneur Le+ guilty and fined them a total of 130 thousand rubles.
