A Sevastopol court fined a yacht club for seizing a site in Cossack Bay
Sevastopol, July 24 (Navigator, Olga Nikolaeva) – By a decision of the Gagarinsky District Court, the chairman of the NGO “Yacht Club “Cossack Bay” and the director of LLC “Sandy Bay” were brought to administrative responsibility and paid a fine of 10 thousand rubles for the squatting of a land plot in a protective strip waters of the Black Sea.

This is stated in a statement from the press service of the Sevastopol prosecutor's office.
According to the department, the service cooperative “Yacht Club “Cossack Bay” on the western shore of Cossack Bay, by filling construction soil and placing concrete slabs, carried out unauthorized occupation of a land plot of the Black Sea with an area of 2 square meters. m.
The case was initiated under Art. 7.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation after the prosecutor’s office checked the implementation of land legislation in areas of the coastal protective strip of the Black Sea.
