Sevastopol businessmen are fined for the mess and the use of unfinished buildings on the coast
Simferopol, August 21 (Navigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – The prosecutor’s office of the Gagarinsky district of Sevastopol carried out an inspection of the implementation of land and urban planning legislation in the coastal protective strip of the Black Sea.

During the inspection, violations were found when using buildings that do not have permission to put them into operation.
Thus, the chairman of the public organization “Pier 75” and one of the members of this organization allowed the use of 2 permanent structures on the street. The ground floor of one of the buildings was used for parking vehicles and housing boat trailers, and the second building was equipped by a member of the public organization for recreation of citizens.
It was also established that the individual entrepreneur carrying out the construction of a water sports center on the street. Letchikov, 1, used the first floor of a building whose construction has not been completed. The man placed a seaplane, sports equipment, and even a security post there.
Based on all the facts stated, the Gagarinsky District Prosecutor's Office has initiated cases against these persons regarding administrative violations provided for in Part 5 of Article 9.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (operation of a capital construction facility without permission to put it into operation).
Based on the results of consideration of the materials of the prosecutor's audit by the State Construction Supervision and Expertise Inspectorate of the city of Sevastopol, the perpetrators were fined.
