The investigation and the court established that on the evening of April 12, in the courtyard of house 19 on Kolobov Street, Gagarinsky District, a man met a 10-year-old girl, against whom he committed acts of a sexual nature.
The court sentenced him to 5 years of imprisonment to be served in a strict regime colony.
