Chapiteau: The Prosecutor General's Office accused lawyer Vyshinsky of illegal privatization of the house
The General Prosecutor's Office informed the lawyer of the director of RIA Novosti Ukraine, Kirill Vyshinsky, Andrey Domansky, about the suspicion of illegal privatization of a building in the center of Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Based on the results of the preliminary investigation, the police reported suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 233 of the Criminal Code (illegal privatization of state and communal property), Part 2 of Art. 209 (legalization of proceeds from crime).
Police report that a lawyer from the Kyiv Region Bar Council committed illegal privatization of the property of the territorial community of Kyiv on the territory of the state historical and architectural reserve “Ancient Kyiv” on the street. Petro Sagaidachny in Kyiv in favor of an offshore company and subsequently legalized it through sale.
In addition, on April 2, law enforcement officers reported suspicion to the head of the enterprise, allegedly involved in the illegal scheme. Officials of the State Property Fund are also being checked for involvement in this crime.
Let us remind you that Vyshinsky was detained in Kyiv on May 15, 2018. He was accused of treason and calls for violation of the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity. Vyshinsky was arrested without bail and faces up to 15 years in prison if found guilty.
The Ukrainian authorities are deliberately delaying the Vyshinsky case, constantly extending the measure of restraint for the disgraced journalist in the form of detention.
