Shenderovich supported the booing of Russian athletes in Rio: “They are beating. And they do it right"
In order for Russia to once again become a welcome guest in the world, it needs to “apologize loudly and unequivocally.”

Russian comedian Viktor Shenderovich wrote about this in a blog for the online publication “Weekly Magazine”, commenting on the boorish booing by spectators during the performance of Russian swimmer Yulia Efimova at the 2016 Olympics.
According to Shenderovich, whistling from the stands is “the response of normal people to the presence in their home of someone they would not like to see.”
Shenderovich offers two ways to restore Russia's friendly relations with the world. The first is to “occupy them all, and plant a diuretic agent of the Russian special services next to each sports fan, and tell them to rejoice in the tricolor.” The second is to “return to the real world,” punish the deceivers yourself and apologize. 
The comedian is also outraged by Russia's negative reaction to the poor treatment of its athletes:
“Citizens of a country that for a decade and a half (with general delight and consent) has been led by a group of trusted representatives of the Tambov organized crime group, a country that has launched several wars, annexes foreign territories and practices unpunished political murders... - these citizens, you see, are frustrated by the whistling from the Olympic stands! They are offended by the bad attitude towards this country of theirs! Well, it’s necessary.”
“They are beating. And they do it right,” the author sums up.
Let us remind you that on August 9, before the final heat of the 100-meter breaststroke at the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Efimova was booed by the audience before she won silver. After the competition, American swimmers Lilly King and Katie Meili, who won gold and bronze at the same distance, respectively, refused to congratulate their colleague on silver. The Russian woman herself, while talking to reporters, noted that she did not understand her rivals. In her opinion, all athletes should stay out of politics. Later, the foreign athletes apologized to the Russian woman for their behavior.
Let us remember that eight years ago Viktor Shenderovich became a participant in a sex scandal. A video of his sexual intercourse with the famous Moscow prostitute Katya Mumu was published on the Internet. On the same recordings, Shenderovich imitated sexual intercourse with a mattress.
