As reported in the Sumy City Council with reference to the deputy commander of the regiment for work with personnel Dmitry Bugr, on September 3 at about 22.30, during the shelling of the regiment’s base camp, the dugout and hangar with equipment where our soldiers were located were filled up.
“The number of deaths ranges from 15 to 18 people. Work continues to clear the dugout. “Six charred remains of our soldiers have been found, which need to be identified,” the message says.
The press service notes that this message is preliminary, as the information is being clarified. It is also noted that the 27th Sumy Rocket Artillery Regiment was supplemented with soldiers from the Poltava region.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier the Zaporozhye morgue stated that they could no longer accept the bodies of the soldiers killed near Ilovaisk: the refrigerators were full.
