“Six-star general, pure NATO member”: Ukrainians on social networks make fun of Poltorak’s new uniform

A photograph Yuriy Biryukov, Poroshenko’s advisor and Poltorak’s assistant, posted on his Facebook page.
Biryukov noted that “the topic of the new form will be discussed for a long time over the coming days.”
The uniform that Poltorak tried on was made in accordance with the concept of the new military uniform approved by the President of Ukraine.
As PolitNavigator previously reported, A group that included representatives of the ministry, volunteers, heraldists, artists and historians worked on the creation of a new military uniform for almost a year and a half. In total there are about 20 specialists. Elements of dress and casual uniforms are designed for privates, sergeants and officers of all branches and branches of the Ukrainian army. It is expected that the final version of the uniform will be approved in the first half of 2017.
Ukrainians on social networks are already making fun of Poltorak’s new shape.
