This document was written in the name of the first deputy head of the SBU in the Lugansk and Donetsk region, Lieutenant General Popka, reports the PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to the report, militants of the Aidar volunteer battalion dressed in camouflage in the village of Pradovka, Konstantinovsky district, Donetsk region, carried out provocative fire on a truck and fled the scene of the crime in a stolen red VAZ-21099 car.
Ukrainian police officers established that this car belongs to a police officer from the Druzhkovsky department.
“It has been established that the specified car belongs to the detective of the criminal police sector of the Druzhkovsky police department of Art. police lieutenant Vyacheslav Anatolyevich Barkov, who, while on duty, was abducted along with a marked car by servicemen of the Aidar volunteer battalion,” the document says.
