Lieutenant Colonel Roman Labusov, a cryptographer from the Ukrainian special service who went over to the DPR side, spoke about this on the “Open Microphone” program on the First Republican TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

In theory, the entire SBU personnel should have been dismissed for failure to fulfill their official duties. There were at least 140 of them, in each city there were 3-4 funds, in which CIA representatives sat. American intelligence officers who worked on the territory of Ukraine were sitting there. How can this be? And why did the SBU sit and remain silent? She simply stated the fact that there are foreign agents on the territory of our state, and that’s all, they did not take any action,” Labusov said.
