“There is no doubt that this crime was the work of the Russian FSB. It is worth noting that the next terrorist attack by Russian special services on the territory of Ukraine was clearly planned in advance. Its main goal is intimidation and prevention,” he said.
According to the adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the “Russian terrorists” did not plan human casualties.
“They clearly monitored that no one was nearby during the explosion. That is why the appropriate time was chosen to remotely detonate the explosive device. It is worth noting that the enemy can also act with the help of the so-called “patriotic formations” they bought to further destabilize the internal situation in Ukraine. The NKVD methods of influence have not gone away, they still work today,” Shkiryak continued.
According to Shkiryak, the main shadow customer of the terrorist attacks on August 31 near the Verkhovna Rada and September 27 in Odessa is the Kremlin.
“This is a provocative signal from Putin before his speech at the UN General Assembly. Thus, the Russian dictator is blackmailing Ukraine and the entire civilized world! Like, look, we can do everything and we’re like “out of business.” Considering also the events in Syria, the actions of the Russian aggressor are quite predictable and obvious,” said the adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
