Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal and his cabinet did not care at all about the plan for the country to go through the period of global collapse associated with the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
The director of the Institute for the Transformation of Society, economist Oleg Soskin, said this on air on the Politeka YouTube channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We see that Shmygal and those around him are not able to give a sane plan of action. Moreover, this plan must be calculated day by day as Ukraine goes through this situation of global socio-economic, and, consequently, geopolitical and geo-economic collapse that is happening in the world.
That is, where are our strategic allies now, who should we work with first of all, how to create communication models so that people can move, with which countries can we create these models, what needs to be done within the country, how to support the development of small and medium-sized business, how to create an increment of added value, how to make people self-sufficient, and not talk nonsense that it will create 500 thousand jobs.
What jobs?! Those who will sew masks or disinfect premises? So this does not create added value. Or will someone be recruited to join Avakov in the National Guard?” – Soskin is perplexed.
“He said there would be a lot of jobs for road construction,” the presenter suggested.

“Therefore, I believe that in order to build roads, you need to understand where to build roads, you need to understand where to get materials, where to get money to pay workers,” he added, having come to his senses.
