Shnurov in a new song ridiculed the Russian elite who fled after the imposition of sanctions
The famous Russian musician, leader of the Leningrad group Sergei Shnurov released a new video on March 4. It is dedicated to criticism of the elite, which turned out to be cowardly and left Russia.
Let us note that some representatives of the “bohemians” hastened to leave Russia as soon as Western states began to impose sanctions.
Shnurov stated that a difficult period had come for the frightened show business stars. Now they will not see the luxury and familiar way of life with eating sausage and participating in high-profile events.
“In love, the time is over for sausages, forums, buffets, biennials. With shouts of “For peace!” …. [he left] for the cordon,” sings the leader of the group.
The new clip became an ironic and vivid response to the so-called stars who went against the Russian Federation during the period of unfounded Western restrictions. Meanwhile, it is in Russia that these creative individuals “make money.”
Earlier, some publications reported that the “Leningrad” videos are sponsored by none other than St. Petersburg businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin. According to the authors of the publications, he pays for part of the musician’s compositions.
