Shnurov planned to remove Putin according to Zelensky’s patterns
Performer of obscene songs Sergei Shnurov, who has recently become involved in politics and producing a TV channel, dreams of repeating the success of Ukrainian comedian Vladimir Zelensky. The ex-leader of Leningrad has already planned to film something similar to the series Servant of the People, thanks to which Zelensky was promoted.
Russian liberal political scientist Stanislav Belkovsky stated this on the air of the Ukrainian Internet channel “Vlast vs Vlashchenko,” the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This week, a clear candidacy for the Russian Zelensky finally emerged. The candidacy did not appear yesterday, but I noted that the entire development of this figure since the spring of last year, since Zelensky’s victory in the presidential elections in Ukraine, was subordinated to the logic of the transformation of Russian Zelensky. This is Sergey Shnurov.
Indeed, he began to hint at a transition to the political space somewhere in the spring or late spring-summer of last year, became a man in a suit and tie, went to the “Growth Party”, which, although third-rate, but this week he was elected co-chairman of the Party of Growth, spoke at the congress and recently announced that he had become the general producer of the RTVI television channel.
This is a small TV channel, and this decision itself would raise more questions than answers, if not for a simple consideration. Indeed, he is going to produce TV series there...
I think that he will film something like “Servant of the People,” that is, he wants to prepare “Russian World” in this way. Naturally, he will not be able to directly repeat Zelensky’s path, but it is clear that he wants this. But to want is already a lot, he is indeed a very popular person, and in this sense, his political efforts do not cause unequivocal irony,” argues Belkovsky.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier singer Yulia Chicherina, known for supporting the Donbass militia, called Shnurov a “snarly ditty” for his recent confession on TV about his fear of performing in the LDPR.
