An unknown person shot a passerby three times in the back and finished him off with several shots this afternoon in the center of Kyiv.
The special representative of the head of the national police of Kyiv, Andrei Krischenko, told the press about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The call was made at approximately 16.35, they reported that a shooting had occurred and there was a victim. He was taken to the hospital. Unfortunately, he died a few hours ago from multiple gunshot wounds. The final conclusions will be provided to us by the examination. The criminal disappeared into the courtyards. There is information about the car. Now corresponding plans are being worked out for Kyiv. An operational investigation team is working on the spot,” he said.

The man fell, and the killer fired three more shots, but this time from the front. A woman who started making noise prevented him from firing, so the one who shot urgently left the scene.
