Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin stated this
“I want to tell you that not all the people who were planned to be detained were detained. Unfortunately, some people managed to escape. We are now finding out how this happened,” Shokin added.
Former deputy head of the Dnepropetrovsk regional state administration Gennady Korban was detained on the morning of October 31. The Prosecutor General's Office and the SBU reported that Korban was detained as part of a special operation to eliminate an organized criminal group.
Let us recall, as PolitNavigator previously reported, the famous Ukrainian political expert Vyacheslav Pikhovshek expressed confidence that Korban will not go to prison due to the fact that he knows too much about the dark sides of the activities of the Ukrainian elite. According to Pikhovshek, either the incriminating evidence will be offset, or Korban will be allowed to leave the country. https://www.politnavigator.net/ehkspert-korbana-ne-posadyat-a-dadut-uekhat-za-granicu-on-slishkom-mnogo-znaet.html
