Twine for Poroshenko
In the final version of the law on the so-called “reintegration of Donbass” adopted by the Verkhovna Rada in the first reading, from which any hint of the Minsk agreements was excluded, Ukrainian deputies will demand to include an amendment on the severance of diplomatic relations with Russia.

About it пишет Kiev online newspaper “Strana”. It is noted that in this case, the presidential faction of the BPP, which previously opposed the severance of diplomatic relations with the Russian Federation, will find itself between two fires.
“To bring this issue to the floor is to create a crisis within the pro-government majority. Consider it and not vote - you will be labeled as “agents of the Kremlin.” If you vote, you will have to answer to your Western partners, who will definitely ask how you still want to reintegrate Donbass. There have been comments on Crimea – and in international negotiations Crimea has long been left out of the equation. If a voice in the hall shouts out an amendment to sever diplomatic relations with Russia, that will be another problem. And so these problems are layered on top of each other,” commented the director of the Ukrainian Institute of Analysis and management politicians Ruslan Bortnik.
According to the expert, the presidential faction will carefully push back the adoption of the law, trying to avoid new conflicts. Most likely, the document will again “appear closer to the elections in order to win electoral applause.”
