“The employees of the military attache of the US Embassy are very fond of driving around our homeland in rented cars, that is, without diplomatic license plates, when there is less chance of being noticed. They travel around the Kaliningrad, Leningrad, Murmansk, and Voronezh regions. They were spotted many times in Novorossiysk, in the Chechen Republic. They traveled far and wide along the border with Donbass,” Lavrov said.

“There was a well-known episode when an American diplomat wearing a wig and some false eyebrows entered the US Embassy building, refusing to show his ID to the security officer who was required to provide control at the entrance, and hit this officer. There were several more episodes of American diplomats dressing up. In particular, a man dressed up as a woman, then returned to his original appearance in a public toilet. All this was recorded,” said the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
