The ATO press center claims that the day before, pro-Russian rebels fired at the positions of Ukrainian military personnel.
Now the ATO forces “control certain areas and territories using a network of checkpoints, strongholds and observation points, and carry out preparatory activities aimed at implementing the Minsk agreements to establish peace in Donbass.”
“Our forces open fire only in response, destroying the bandits with well-aimed fire,” the ATO press center claims.
As PolitNavigator reported, according to the Minsk agreements, not only a truce was declared in Donbass, but also a buffer zone should be created.
