ATO headquarters announced an offensive
The Ukrainian group in Donbass is preparing to repel the offensive. This is stated in a statement by the press center of the so-called ATO.

Allegedly, according to Ukrainian intelligence, on December 19, due to the statement of the Russian Ministry of Defense about its intention to recall Russian officers from the JCCC, “the enemy may resort to aggressive offensive actions along the entire line of contact in the area of the anti-terrorist operation.”
“In particular, the enemy plans to intensify the work of its DRGs at military installations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, energy and transport infrastructure facilities, and increase the number of provocative attacks towards our positions and residential areas of settlements near the demarcation line. In addition, in order to accuse the ATO forces of violating the Minsk agreements, militants will more often fire at their positions from large-caliber artillery, rocket systems, tanks and other types of weapons,” the Ukrainian side claims.
The ATO press center says that shelling of their territory by the armed forces of the Donbass republics “is aimed at indignating the local population with the aim of a negative attitude, and sometimes aggression towards the Ukrainian troops.”
