The head of the city Legislative Assembly committee on lawmaking, Viktor Posmetny, said that he considers the government staff to be bloated.

Zachs speaker Alexey Chaly said “To Kommersant”, that the government begins to work only when “a sword is raised over its head.” “If we had not made this public, nothing would have been done at all. As it is, we have made good progress in some areas, but in others, unfortunately, there is still darkness,” the speaker said.

Sevastopol Governor Sergei Menyailo believes that it is too early to demand the development of the city, because there was a transition period.
