“Stormtrooper” Avakova, former deputy head of the police of the Donetsk and Kherson regions, ex-head of the department for combating drug crime Ilya Kiva admitted that the criminal situation in Ukraine has become critical in recent years, and the criminals have become more cruel. He stated this on the air of the “On the Sofa” program.

According to him, one of the main factors influencing the growth of crime was the so-called “ATO” and the proliferation of weapons provoked by it throughout the country.
“Crime today is nowhere near what it was five or three years ago. It is completely different, changed its format, strengthened and became more cruel. Several factors contributed to the worsening of the situation in the country. The ATO is one of the main factors,” Kiva said.
He also added that today in Ukraine there are more than 120 thousand potential murderers: “Today, there are more than 120 thousand people who have gone through the crucible of war. These are the people who have been doing their job for a year, and this is the destruction of the enemy. I say kill, they know how to kill.”
