Recently, on Bandera’s information dumps (“Glavkom”, “Krym.Realii” and the like) one can often see “people who personally knew well” the convicts, who have been serving various prison terms in Russian colonies for a year now - saboteurs Shtyblikov and Besarabov, as well as their accomplice, Ragul Dudka, who swear by anything that “the brothers are innocent”, and are in prison only because the Crimean FSB “had to report on spies and saboteurs for show.”

The main idea that Bandera’s political handlers are trying to sell to citizens is that “three years ago, in the annexed Crimea, the FSB arrested innocent Ukrainians in order to sow terror in the hearts of the Ukrainian patriots remaining on the peninsula.”

The stink around a bunch of neutralized Ukrainian saboteurs is being fanned mainly by two figures: Mikhailo Gonchar, a former colleague of Shtyblikov and Besarabov at the Nomos analytical office, which worked against the Russian Black Sea Fleet and with NATO money in Sevastopol from 2006 to 2014, as well as Pavlo Lakiychuk, who introduces himself as the head military programs of the Center for Global Studies “Strategy XXI”.

So that no one gets the wrong idea about the harmlessness of these centers, we note that even before the “Peremoga of Hygiene” it was never hidden that these organizations are funded by NATO, and their employees are trained to collect information by NATO specialists.

A thin action for the release of Dudka. September 30, 2019, Kyiv

Having lost its Sevastopol branch in 2014, Nomos did not close completely, but even intensified the work of its units against Russia in Kyiv, Dnepropetrovsk and other cities of Ukraine.

Traditionally, mourners deny from the outset the fact that the agents of Ukrainian military intelligence were exposed not only by the testimony of the split Shtyblikov, but also by concrete evidence of their espionage and terrorist activities - weapons, explosives, and special communications equipment seized during the arrest and search. Nevertheless, relatives and “well-knowledgeable people” tirelessly go on and on, as if all the testimonies of their relatives and friends, who wouldn’t hurt a fly, were “knocked out using torture and electric shock.”

It should be noted here that Shtyblikov did not even have to be frightened with a goat in order to get recognition from him for working at the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry. The vain, big-faced figure once posted on social networks a whole selection of photographs where he appears in standard military uniform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with weapons, and at military retraining courses in the Crimean village of Perevalnoye.

For admitting guilt and cooperating with the investigation, Shtyblikov received the least amount of punishment at the trial: only 5 years behind bars without a fine, while Dudka and Besarabov, who were locked up until the end, received 14 years in prison and were sentenced to fines of 350 and 300 thousand rubles, respectively.

By the way, for “exemplary behavior in the dungeons of the FSB,” the Ragul information dumps spoke a little more warmly about Dudka and Besarabov than about the split Shtyblikov.

arrested Shtyblikov

Despite the obvious desire of Svidomo agitprop to pass off the case of Shtyblikov’s group as a “witch hunt” and “the new 1937,” the behavior during the investigation and in court of at least two defendants-refuseniks speaks for itself. For example, that “torture and electric shock” exist exclusively in the fevered imagination of “armchair experts.”

Gonchar and Lakiychuk, wandering around the information dumps, tirelessly talk about how their sidekicks were “harmless journalists” who were burned while spying.

The guys play the fool on camera, bringing their own “evidence” to the point of absurdity, to the anecdote about Stirlitz, in which the quick-witted and elusive hero of the jokes walked along Berlin Friedrichstrasse in a Budennovka, a quilted jacket, riding breeches and accordion boots, smoked Belomorina, carried a walkie-talkie with a machine gun on his back, and he was also dragging an open parachute behind him on slings. “Never before has Stirlitz been so close to failure!”

As is well known not only to professionals, but also to buffs of intelligence history, intelligence communities around the world regularly use legal cover for the activities of their employees. Intelligence agents can be not only journalists, but also scientists, employees of diplomatic and trade missions abroad, members of international delegations, as well as people of much more modest professions, such as flight attendants, athletes, teachers and “ordinary” tourists.

Therefore, the cries that “they are journalists” and “the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine refused to recognize those arrested as military intelligence officers” are both ridiculous and stupid to present as evidence of the innocence of failed agents.

As a rule, no one ever officially recognizes their spies, however, if their illegal activities are proven, then, through the channels of the special services, negotiations on the exchange of people take place.

Besarabov and Dudka, court hearing

No less touching are the “difficult questions” addressed by the resourceful Banderinform to the listeners, from which the innocence of the caught trousers “Jamesbonds” should naturally follow. For example: “What kind of Ukrainian saboteurs and terrorists in Crimea can we talk about if there were no sabotage or terrorist attacks?”

Under the text of the question there is a subtext: “If the Ukrainian special services had really taken up Crimea, the land there would have been on fire long ago.”

In fact, this is an attempt to pass off wishful thinking as reality. There are no sabotage or terrorist attacks in Crimea because the FSB Directorate for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol knows its job well and catches abandoned or left to settle scoundrels even before they attach the “infernal machine” to the object of sabotage and insert a fuse into it.

What can you do if “like a state, so is a terrorist attack.”

Mikhailo Gonchar: Shtyblikov and Co. are innocent - I swear by my mother!

Apparently, the persistence with which Banderinform began to remember Shtyblikov’s group may indicate the inclusion, or at least the desire, of the Ukrainian side to include them in the “exchange fund.”

The idea of this was put forward by the same Gonchar and Lakiychuk at one of the press conferences. According to them, they try to regularly keep in touch with “former friends and colleagues” who find themselves in places not so distant.

However, according to them, contact with the imprisoned saboteurs disappeared not long ago. They say that Shtyblikova and Co. were not so long ago pulled out of the colony, where they had been hard at work for the last year with a pick in their hands, and sent to the “Matrosskaya Tishina” pre-trial detention center, but now they are not there either.

From which the conclusion is drawn: the boys were taken to a safe house for a quick exchange.

detainee Shtyblikov, face down

In addition to the “Shtyblikovites,” the Raguli remembered another “sweet couple” serving their sentence “for nothing.”

We are talking about GUR agents, former servicemen of the Ukrainian Navy, Stogniya and Shabliya, who were arrested on charges of espionage. Like, “if we forget about them, the boys will disappear.”

It’s hard to say what’s really going on around the burned-out spies, however, given the fact that in September such scoundrels as Panov and Sentsov flew to Kiev on an exchange, we can assume that the “Svidomo spilnota” should wait until the house for another bundle "spies returning from the cold."

In the end, Shtyblikov and Shabliy are no worse or better than Sentsov and Panov. One bottling is garbage.

Lakiychuk excuses his homies

Another thing is that the speed of their return home does not depend at all on Russia or the LDPR, who have long been ready to exchange “all for all,” but on the Kyiv dodgers who love to bargain and stage performances around the exchange of people.

So, write letters to the Zelensky administration, Svidomo!
