Shukhevych, Yarosh and Muraev topped the rating of the main absentees of the Verkhovna Rada
6 people's deputies almost did not vote in September, missing 90% of the votes. Of these, 11 did not vote even once in a month, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the Committee of Voters of Ukraine.
It is noted that parliamentarians Evgeny Muraev, Konstantin Zhevago, Dmitry Yarosh, Lev Pidlisetsky, Yuri-Bogdan Shukhevych had zero voting records.
The KIU also adds that the escaped deputies Evgeniy Bakulin, Sergei Klyuev and Alexander Onishchenko did not vote.
“Vyacheslav Konstantinovsky and Andrey Zhurzhiy, who announced their resignation as deputy powers, as well as Nadezhda Savchenko, who is in custody, also did not vote,” the message says.
The Voters Committee added that, according to the Verkhovna Rada website, they officially missed voting for unknown reasons, that is, not due to illness or business trip.
In addition, it is reported that some deputies voted only a few times in a month.
Among them are Vitaly Chepinoga and Vadim Rabinovich (took part in 0,4% of voting), Efim Zvyagilsky (0,8%), Yuri Solod (1,6%), Natalya Korolevskaya (2%), Sergey Larin (3,1% ), Anatoly Girshfeld (3,1%), Dmitry Dobkin (4%), Denis Omelyanovich (4%), Sergey Levochkin (4%), Nestor Shufrich (4%), Grigory Nemyrya (4,3%), Ivan Fursin (5%), Nikolay Skorik (5%).
It is also noted that politicians often did not vote, although they were officially registered at the meeting. In particular, Sergei Kivalov and Mikhail Poplavsky were registered at all meetings of the Verkhovna Rada, but took part in only 8% and 10% of voting, respectively.
“In September, the participation of people’s deputies in Rada voting improved somewhat. So, if in May 2018, 90 people’s deputies missed 71% of the votes, in June - 79, in July - 52, then in September - 46. First of all, this is due to the importance of the voting of this month,” said KIU Chairman Alexey Koshel.
In total, twelve plenary meetings of the Verkhovna Rada took place in September, at which 255 votes were taken.
