Kyiv, December 01 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The idea voiced by Petro Poroshenko to attract foreigners to the Ukrainian government will not concern Russian citizens, since the Russian Federation today is an enemy of Ukraine.

Ukrainian political scientist Vladimir Fesenko, who collaborates with the Petro Poroshenko Bloc, stated this on the Shuster Live talk show.

“Russia is now the enemy. They choose from those countries that have effective and positive reform experience, and from countries that are our partners. Therefore, there is no threat to national security here,” Fesenko said.

“Vladimir, but if you invite Boris Nemtsov to become Minister of Energy, which he was under Yeltsin, I don’t see anything wrong with that,” noted Savik Shuster.

“The key is to take Ukrainian citizenship. This is not just loyalty, but confirmation that you perceive your country as yours,” Fesenko answered.
