Shvonders in Brioni will soon leave Ukraine
Ukraine is run by foreign citizens who have no plans to take root there.
Former deputy of the Odessa City Council Dmitry Spivak said this on air on the Ukrainian NewsOne TV channel.
“Local supervisors from our Western senior comrades are appointed to positions. This is a cohort of people with foreign citizenship. They come here to look at us, sing carols and come back. Sharikovs in embroidered shirts and Shvonders in brioni – this is the personnel policy in Ukraine. Absolute incompetence and total theft,” Spivak said.
The former head of the Ukrainian bureau of Interpol, Kirill Kulikov, believes that imported officials are not going to stay in Ukraine after the elections.
“If they lose, they leave. They are just pawns in this game. There are people at the top who place them in order to channel the people's anger towards them. They will send some kind of Eka to Georgia, and people are happy,” Kulikov said.
