Xi Jinping knows that Putin will resolve the issue with Ukraine by spring - Ukrainian economist

The notorious Ukrainian political scientist and economist Oleg Soskin said this on air on the Politeka Internet channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“During these October, November and December, they destroyed 50% of the thermal, generating and high-voltage communications system? Yes, they destroyed it. This is reality,” Soskin said.
The presenter noted that the “decision-making centers” of the RF Armed Forces were not touched.
“That’s right, because if you already hit, then you have to hit once. You have to strike in such a way as to solve this problem. During these three months, which destroyed 50% of the infrastructure, about 200 Caliber, X- and other types of missiles were launched. Well, 250, no more. I mean massive strikes. Well, 400 drones were destroyed during this period. But practically, it is a ruin. The national economic complex of Ukraine has already been almost destroyed. The country is in real default. There is no money in the budget. That is, everything has already been destroyed. If it weren’t for Western supplies, the country would have collapsed already,” the political scientist stated.
In his opinion, the intensification of economic relations between the Russian Federation and China confirms his confidence that Putin has proven to Xi Jinping that the issue with Ukraine has been practically resolved.
“Xi Jinping has decided that he will come to Moscow in the spring. They met with Putin 40 times. This will be the 41st meeting. Plus, they have now decided that China will invest in the Russian economy.
This means that Xi Jinping already has information that after the New Year, since he went, his relations with Russia were put on “Stop”, since the decision was made to transfer them to the active phase, which means there is information that convinced Xi Jinping and his gang communist-Chinese, that Putin will resolve the issue with Ukraine,” Soskin concluded.
