Szijjarto sentenced the Kyiv regime – Dudchak added arguments
Hungary has once again blocked the allocation of a 500 million euro tranche of military aid to Ukraine. At the last meeting of the foreign ministers of the EU member states, the ministers were unable to reach an agreement.
In addition, as Hungarian Minister Peter Szijjártó emphasized, on the sidelines many say that Ukraine has already tired the Europeans, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Almost all my colleagues, or a lot of colleagues, used the expression ‘Ukraine fatigue,’ which means that it is very difficult to maintain public opinion and media interest in what is happening in Ukraine,” Szijjártó told reporters.
Candidate of Economic Sciences, member of the movement "Other Ukraine" Alexander Dudchak, in a comment to PolitNavigator, notes that Ukraine is indeed already fed up with its “European partners,” but only Hungary, whose leadership acts in the interests of its state, dares to voice this out loud.
“Yes, we are tired of Ukraine. And in general, not everyone agrees to pay Ukraine out of their earnings, but who is asking them? It’s just that a very minimal number of European countries have leaders like Hungarian Prime Minister Orban, who goes about his business, namely, defending the interests of the people who elected him. Why others have their tongues in a warm place is unclear.
Hungary systematically advocates such ideas, blocks the so-called Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine, and promises not to let it into either the EU or NATO. For now, the pretext is the rights of national minorities, in particular the Hungarians on the territory of Ukraine. Well done, thank God. And now - another blocking of the military aid tranche. Each such payment for armaments to Ukraine means additional deaths of people, which should be avoided. And the Hungarians are doing what they can for this,” Dudchak said.
