Sikorsky: “Functionally, Ukraine is already in NATO. Article 5 is involved"

“Ukraine is already functionally in NATO. Note that people misunderstand this. Article 5 of the NATO treaty does not oblige other members to go to war. It obliges them to respond, for example, by supplying weapons,” Sikorsky said.
He believes that “in this sense, Ukraine is already getting what it could get if it were a NATO member.”
“Of course, we also expect other countries to join this war. This is not what current NATO members want. This is our red line. We do not want a direct clash with Russian troops. Therefore, I believe that NATO membership will be possible as soon as you win, and we will help you win
