Kyiv, February 20 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - Security forces stationed in the center of Kyiv began to be issued military weapons - in previous days, the Ministry of Internal Affairs claimed that soldiers of the internal troops and the Berkut special forces were allowed to fire only from trams.

“The internal troops received military weapons and live ammunition. We will convey information to the ambassadors of foreign states,” Verkhovna Rada deputy Andrei Senchenko said from the Maidan stage.
“Those who remain in the ranks of Berkut and fight with their own people are declared outlaws,” the parliamentarian added.
