“The Armed Forces of Ukraine abandoned the settlements of Privetnoe, Pankovo, Stukalova Balka, Svetloe, Oboznoe and Hristovo. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are also withdrawing troops from the still occupied settlements of Markovka, Novopskov, Belovodsk, Novoaidar, Severodonetsk, Starobelsk and Svatovo. At the same time, according to intelligence data, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to gather troops in the Shchastya area,” according to a report from the militia headquarters posted in the “Reports from the Novorossiya Militia” group.
As PolitNavigator reported, experts previously expressed the opinion that the truce would be used by the Ukrainian security forces to strengthen defense and regroup.
