Based on the results of one of the meetings, for mass simultaneous stay and movement in a public place, at a pedestrian crossing, judge Yuri Gulevich decided to impose a punishment on Seyran-Dzhan Ibragimov under Article 20.2.2. Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 10 thousand rubles.
The fine must be paid within 60 days from the date the document enters into legal force, to PJSC Black Sea Bank for Development and Reconstruction.
The judge considered that the fact of the commission of this offense was confirmed during the consideration of the court case. In particular, Gulevich referred to a video recording from the scene of the event, which confirms Ibragimov’s participation and movement in a public place - on Sevastopolskaya Street in Simferopol, near the Zapadnaya bus station, on Saturday, May 3, at 15.30.
These actions interfered with the movement of vehicles and pedestrians.
At the same time, Ibragimov did not admit his guilt. He claims that he was near the Zapadnaya bus station, but did not cross the road and did not interfere with traffic. However, the court did not take into account his arguments and found Ibragimov guilty of these violations.
The defendant intends to appeal this court decision to the appellate instance.
A similar decision was also made today regarding the Crimean Tatar woman who participated in this event. A 17-year-old student is facing the same case, but a decision has not yet been made on it, as the judge postponed the hearing to May 7.
On Saturday, about 100 Crimean Tatars blocked a section of the Sevastopol highway in protest against the denial of access to MP Mustafa Dzhemilev. Crimean traffic police officers arrived at the scene and demanded not to block the road, warning supporters of the Majlis about administrative responsibility.
